By switching to Systeme.IO and cancelling my subscriptions to Clickfunnels and Activecampaign, I'll be saving upwards of $300 per month. That's a significant amount of money that I can now invest in other areas of my business. And let's be real, who doesn't love saving money?

Systeme.IO also allows you to add a community feature, although I haven't used it yet. And if you're a design junkie like me, you'll be happy to know that you can add custom fonts easily. The page editor is fast, easy to use, and beautiful.

Now, let's talk about any issues I've had with the platform:

Like all all-in-one platforms, you won't get as many advance features as you would in specialist software. In my situation and most of my audience too, that isn't a problem because Systeme.io has power in simplicity.

I had way more advanced features available to me in ActiveCampaign. But I never used them, and deliverability wasn't as good. (A bonus of switching is that my deliverability has improved! WOO!)

I had to get nitpicky to make a list of things I don't like about the platform, but here are a few of those tiny irksome things:

One of the few drawbacks of Systeme.IO is that you can't customize fonts in the email builder. And unfortunately, you can't split test emails either. This may be a dealbreaker for some, but it's not a significant issue for me. I spoke to support and they tell me that both of these features are on their roadmap.

In fact, most of the things I told them I wished the platform had, are already in their plans. As for timeline, you can refer to their roadmap and upvote feature requests.

Support could take up to 24 hours to respond when I first signed up, which is a bit long. However, shortly after that, they added more support staff and longer support hours.

Since then I have noticed a big improvement in response time and have usually receiving a helpful response within a few hours.

On their top tier plan you can currently receive a support call to guide you through the platform and get you started. I took advantage of this and spoke to a lovely agent who was keen to help me, and followed up with a detailed email after the call. She even asked tech support for more detail on questions I'd asked and forwarded the answer onto me.

While there is a Facebook group, the rules are strict on not posting anything support request related - which is fair.

Anytime I've tried to ask for community feedback or whether Systeme can do something or not, I have had my post denied and been referred to support, which as I mentioned takes a bit long. The group's post approval is turned out which is a fair call for group moderation. However, from what I can tell, only posts that are positive towards Systeme.io are getting approved.

This can be frustrating when you're looking for quick feedback or advice from other Systeme users. However, the Facebook group is still a helpful resource for finding tips and tutorials on how to use the platform effectively. It's just important to remember that any specific questions or concerns may need to be directed to support instead of the group.

I still highly recommend Systeme.io as a platform for your online business.

The pros definitely outweigh the cons, and I can already see signs of significant improvements in my business since switching over.

In comparison to other all-in-one platforms such as Clickfunnels, Kartra, and Kajabi, Systeme.io is my favourite and the only one I can see myself using long-term. It's better value for money, easier to use, and has more features.

I will not even bother reviewing other platforms I have used such as Clickfunnels, as I can't wait to leave that platform altogether and would not recommend it!
